Our Department is always looking for qualified Water Safety Instructors. Lifeguards and Aquatic Specialists are needed to work on a part-time basis. If you enjoy teaching children and adults the finer points of swimming, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. We will be holding Life guarding classes throughout the year. Summer Camp

SRD is looking for motivated, fun and talented individuals that enjoy a camp environment. “Summer part- time seasonal” and “Summer full-time seasonal” positions are open for up to 12 weeks of the camp program. Apply early, interviews begin in March each year. Contact the SRD Main Office at (415)383-6494.

Strawberry Recreation District COVID-19 Update – April 9, 2020

In compliance with the county and state Shelter-In-Place orders, SRDs activities, events, and programs have been suspended, and District facilities are closed until further notice.
We encourage community members to practice safe physical distancing by following CDC guidance, staying at least six feet apart, wearing a mask, and washing hands for 20 seconds.
As new information becomes available, we will do our best to keep you informed. SRD has not made a final determination Summer programs. Once a decision is made, we will notify all patrons.
We appreciate your support and will reopen our facilities and programming as soon as it is safe to do so.
