Adult Swim Clinics
Adult Lap Swim Clinics are offered in both drop-in and session formats, giving participants the flexibility to choose what works best for their schedule. Led by our experienced aquatic team, clinics focus on improving technique, building endurance, and developing overall efficiency in the water. Schedules vary by season, and class rates are determined by membership status.
What you will learn
Each swim clinic day is focused on a specific stroke or skill. Our aquatics team will carefully prepare drills, sets and more to improve your swimming.
Freestyle
Strengthen your pull, perfect your hand entrance into the water, adjust your head position for optimal breathing and comfort, increase swimming and kicking endurance.
Backstroke
Work on head position and hand placement to swim in a straight line, perfect kicking technique, learn about the muscles that are used in backstroke and what can happen if you have improper technique.
Breastroke
Improve kick technique and stroke and kick rhythm.
Streamline and under water dolphin kick
Practice dolphin kick and under water streamlines
