Pool Parties
SRD offers rentals for recreational and private pool parties! You do not need to be a pool member or a Strawberry resident to book a party with us.
Parties can be booked during regular pool hours or after hours (after-hours availability depends on staffing and other rentals). Guests are welcome to bring toys, snacks, and beverages (please note: no alcohol or glass containers). For safety, inflatable rafts, inner tubes, and water guns are not permitted.
Important Notice: Multiple members bringing the maximum number of guests does not replace the need to book a pool party. To ensure proper staffing and the safety of all pool users, please notify SRD of any large gatherings and reserve a party in advance.
Rec Pool Parties
SRD recreation pool parties are 2 hours long and includes up to 30 guests, both swimmers and non-swimmers.
You can add an additional hour when booking with an additional fee. For safety, children under 7 must have a parent in the water within arm’s reach, and all children under 18 need to pass a swim test—one lap of continuous swimming and one minute of treading water—to use the deep end or diving board. Children who do not pass will need a parent in the water with them. Parties include access to the Family Rec Area, which is shared with members, as well as the Teaching Pool, and a reserved area of the pool deck with picnic tables and umbrellas for your group to relax and enjoy.
Recreation pool parties are available on Fridays from 2:00–6:00 pm and on Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00–5:00 pm.

Private Rec Pool Parties
SRD private pool parties are 2 hours long and include up to 75 guests, both swimmers and non-swimmers.
You can add an additional hour when booking with an additional fee. For safety, children under 7 must have a parent in the water within arm’s reach, and all children under 18 need to pass a swim test—one lap of continuous swimming and one minute of treading water—to use the deep end or diving board. Children who do not pass will need a parent in the water with them. Parties include access to the entire aquatics’ facility.
