Court Rentals

SRD rents courts to teaching professionals and for matches, clinics, parties, group gatherings, and other non-membership use of the courts.

• Rental agreements are required for all rentals.
• Insurance is required for teaching lessons, some matches, and for-profit group gatherings.
• Tennis and pickleball pros interested in teaching on the SRD courts – contact the general manager for an interview and to discuss availability.
  • Insurance is required for all pros teaching on SRD courts
• Renters must comply with all SRD Court Rules & Regulations, including hours of operation, noise levels, etc.
• Use of the SRD Courtyard is not included in the Sport Court or tennis court rental and must be booked separately.

Tennis Court Rental Rate

• $25/hour per court for parties, matches, clinics, parties and group gatherings
• Deposit: $1,000 minimum
• Alcohol use requires a separate permit.
• Food and drinks, except water, are not permitted on the Courts.
• Rates vary for teaching professionals, depending on amount of use.

Sport Court Rental Rate

• Resident & Non-Profit Rental Rate: $75.00/hour
• Non-Resident & For Profit: $100/hour
• Deposit: $1,000
• The Courtyard is not included in a Sport Court rental and must be booked separately.
• Alcohol use requires a separate permit.
• Food and drinks, except water, are not permitted on the Sport Court.
