WATER AEROBICS – TBD

(Tuesdays & Thursdays)

Exercise without stress. This is an excellent low impact exercise to help stretch and tone muscles. Water supports the body and aids in improving balance, while resistance builds strength. This class is ideal for adults with limited mobility injuries or arthritis. No swimming required. Non-swimmers welcome.

Adult Swim Clinic – TBD

Join SRD Aquatics Manager, Brittney Boyd, for individualized critique and guidance in a small group setting. Clinics will focus on breath control, balance, stamina, stroke technique/refinement, creating individual workout plans and more. 6 spaces available per class. To reserve a spot, please register online or call our main office. For individual class dates, please register with SRD Main Office.

Adult Water Safety – TBD

Work with SRD Aquatics Manager, Brittney Boyd, on water buoyancy, treading water, deep water introduction, breath control and swimming independently across the pool. 4 spaces available per class. To reserve a spot, please register online or call our main office. For individual class dates, please register with SRD Main Office.
